Return & Refund Policy

At AtomicWolfGaming LLC, we carefully inspect and package our products before they are shipped. Because many of the products we sell are trading cards, collectibles, and other condition-sensitive items, all sales are considered final unless AtomicWolfGaming LLC approves a return or refund.

No Returns Without Prior Approval

AtomicWolfGaming does not accept returns automatically.

If you would like to request a return or refund, you must contact AtomicWolfGaming before sending anything back.

Do not ship a return to AtomicWolfGaming without receiving approval and return instructions from us.

AtomicWolfGaming LLC will review each request individually and will determine, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, whether the return or refund will be accepted.

Return Requests

To request a return or refund, contact AtomicWolfGaming and provide:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The item you purchased
• The reason for your request
• Photographs of the item when requested

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the return or refund will be approved.

Approved Returns

If AtomicWolfGaming approves a return, we will provide specific instructions for returning the item.

The customer is responsible for following the return instructions provided by AtomicWolfGaming.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items Must Be Returned in Original Condition

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received.

AtomicWolfGaming may deny a refund if an approved return is:

• Damaged after delivery
• Altered
• Used
• Missing components or accessories
• Not the same item that was originally shipped
• Improperly packaged during return shipping

Trading Cards and Collectibles

Trading cards and collectibles are condition-sensitive products.

Customers should carefully review the product description, photographs, card condition, set information, language, edition, rarity, and other listing information before purchasing.

Minor variations in centering, printing, whitening, print lines, factory defects, or other manufacturing characteristics do not automatically qualify an order for a return or refund.

AtomicWolfGaming does not guarantee that a card will receive a particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, or any other grading company.

Market Value

Trading-card and collectible prices can change after a purchase.

A decrease in the market value of a card or collectible after purchase does not qualify the order for a return, refund, or price adjustment.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, materially damaged, or otherwise not what you ordered, contact AtomicWolfGaming as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other information to investigate the issue.

If AtomicWolfGaming determines that a replacement, return, or refund is appropriate, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Refunds

If AtomicWolfGaming approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Final Sale

Unless AtomicWolfGaming specifically approves a return or refund, all sales are final.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with AtomicWolfGaming LLC are processed as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may contact AtomicWolfGaming to request cancellation of an order before the order has shipped.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Customers may contact AtomicWolfGaming regarding a return after delivery if the order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

Out-of-Stock Items

If AtomicWolfGaming is unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, we may contact the customer regarding available options.

If we cannot fulfill an order and no suitable resolution is agreed upon, the applicable unshipped merchandise will be refunded.

Pricing or Listing Errors

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, description, quantity, or inventory error, AtomicWolfGaming LLC may contact the customer to discuss the error.

If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as listed, AtomicWolfGaming may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
